As per your marks mentioned and rank and seeing previous year cutoff list yes you have pretty good chances of getting seat in this college. But as we all know that cutoffs of colleges vary every year on the basis of few factors like no. Of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the paper, seat availability etc.

On such marks and category you have good chances of getting Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 457 for Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore under State quota for General category. Also note that as this is the private college so it does not take part in All India Quota counselling and hence you have to register for state counselling.
