Hi aspirant
At this score you can expect your rank to be somewhere around 75k-78k as it was in NEET 2021. However this may vary this year as it depends on various factors like the highest score, the total number of candidates and the cut off this year.
Now, at this score it is impossible to fetch a government MBBS seat.
Since you belong to UP state, as it is suggested by your profile I am going to list a few deemed colleges in UP state.
Hope this helps
All the best :)
Hello aspirant
According to previous year’s cut off, an EWS candidate requires atleast 540+ marks to get admission in a government medical college. So you have low chances of getting admission in a government college.
However you can get the following private colleges at this score-
School of Medical Sciences, Sharda University
Muzzafarnagar Medical College
Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences
Apollo Medical College, Chittoor
Subharti Medical College, Meerut
You can also use the NEET 2022 College Predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/course-

Hello there,
Hope you are doing well,
Prediction of cut off can be difficult for a particular course or a particular college since it keeps on changing every year. However looking at previous year's cut off trends candidates from EWS category required minimum 570-590+ score to get admission in government college for MBBS. With the score you have mentioned above it can be difficult for you to get admission in government college. Although you can try to get admission in Semi Government or Private colleges there might be decent chances of your admission. You can apply under state quota from whichever state you belong to if you have domicile for that particular state, since 85% seats are reserved by state quota students in all the colleges. This might increase chances of your admission. Fees for MBBS in government college in UP can be around 1,00,000-2,00,000. And fees in private colleges can be around 10 lakhs to 12 lakhs+ per year.
