With full concentration,will 6 hours study per day be enough for JEE adv 2020? I am a dropper . And I am starting preparation now.

See that depends upon the person capability and efficiency that how much intake of study he can be able to take , so that you have to decide yourself, because no one gonna will Abel to give you the exact data about that. So just plan the strategy which is required for the subject and based upon that work accordingly which will lead you to the good AIR holder.

Preparation for entrance exam need commitment.. don't compare your hours of study if you complete your given target of day in just one hour it's enough...but if you didn't complete your target in even 12 hour of study that's not enough... you have to be studying more and more ...so don't bound yourself with numbers of hours you study ...bound yourself for the productivity as you are a dropper but you mention here that you start study from now... so you have to study more and more with you all concentration.. separate yourself from every single distraction like social media and other..
