    Hello Sourab,

    Decentralized Counseling is just another name for Spot round counseling at Jadavpur University. The chances of getting a seat through this round are majorly based on the availability of seats in the college. The cutoff in the spot rounds is pretty low so you might get into a decent college through this round.
