I hope you are doing well and safe. As per your query, I would glad to inform you that you should need to have atleast 80 percentile in jee mains . At this percentile usually rank is around 204600 - 230000 which means you have to score 50-55 marks in jee mains . For your reference, I am sharing some links:-
