With IP university delaying the admissions, isn't there a rule to start classes for new students by first week of August?

Hey thron,
There is no such rule that they have to start classes in first week of August. There can be any administration or management problem in GGSIPU which is causing the delay you could expect the admission process to begin soon. And after the process gets over soon your classes will be started. You could expect classes to start in August itself.
