Hello Akash, I'm sorry to inform you that after around 3-3.5k in OBC, you cannot get admission even in new IITs non CS branch, so it is very difficult to get what you are hoping. I'd suggest you to try for NITs/IIITs, and also check if you are eligible for IIST if you are interested.
