See as of now the cuttoff for the various colleges like NIT / IIIT has not been announced so faar, which is going to be declare after the completion of the JEE mains April session and as per your fetched percentile you have the better chances of getting the good government institutions based upon the variation in cuttoff of the branch as well the cuttoff. So overall it might be somewhat hard for anyone to predict in whichever branch you will get till the cuttoff has not been declare.
All the best
Hi Jay,
You will need an aggregate of 75% marks in Phy,Chem,Math to be eligible for admission in IIT along with your JEE marks.
With this percentile score your approximately rank will be more than 30000 .( May vary depending upon April exam and strength)
But with this rank you will get CSE in IIIT easily.
But I would suggest you to try to score more than this in April exam so that you have other options with you.
So good luck
