With neet marks of 460 what r the chances of getting a seat in andhra pradesh.please help me

You didn't specify your category. According to the last year cut off, around 540 marks were required to get admission in govt. colleges. For private colleges, a general category candidate will require 490+ marks in NEET.
It will be difficult for you to get admission in govt or private colleges in Andhra Pradesh if you are from general category.
