You didn't specify your category. According to the last year cut off, around 540 marks were required to get admission in govt. colleges. For private colleges, a general category candidate will require 490+ marks in NEET.

It will be difficult for you to get admission in govt or private colleges in Andhra Pradesh if you are from general category.
