No you cant write neet exam if you dont pass or if you dont study your 12th .infact the eligibility is to give the examination is 12th class.the eligibility criteria says you need to complete your 12th or equivalent with subjects physics,chemistry,biology or biotechnology,english as core subjects from a recognised board.your age need to be minimum of 17 years as of dec 31,2021.you should fetch a minimum percentage of 50 as qualifying percentage to give neet examination.for more details about eligility criteria refer to: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-eligibility-criteria

To appear for NEET UG you must have passed or appeared in 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Biology/Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board. If you belong to general category you need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam, If you belong to PWD category you need to score minimum 45% aggregate marks in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam and If you belong to SC/ST/OBC category you need to score minimum 40% aggregate marks in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam. If you are currently in class 12th you can appear for NEET UG 2021. You will be given admission only if you pass in the qualifying exam that is 10+2 and qualify in NEET UG. If you fail in class 12th you are not eligible to get admission even if you qualify in NEET UG. If you are in class 11th currently you cannot appear for NEET UG 2021 but you can appear for NEET UG 2022 if you fulfill the above eligibility criteria.
