Yes, you can apply for MBBS/BDS from deemed university through All India Quota counselling.

You will be required to pay an additional amount for opting Private Medical Colleges and Deemed Universities.

Based on your NEET score and the choices of colleges filled by you, your allotment will be done.

In case, you want to opt colleges from a particular state then, you can apply for that state's counselling too.
