With rank 1577 and score 739 in gate 2019 mechanical engg can I get any old iit with good branch aside from guwahati and nit?

As you have mentioned your marks and rank of gate 2019,first you have to check opening and closing ranks of different iits which is Available on website then you can choose college of your own choice.

IIT DELHI(Mechanical Design, Industrial Engineering,Thermal Engineering etc)
IIT BOMBAY (Thermal Engineering)
IIT BHU(Production Engg, Industrial Management)
These are list of IITs which you may get considering previous year trends of IITs.

Hi Sachindra,
Few old IIts hav cutoffs around 720 for Mechanical enginerring acdording to last year cutoffs.So you have good chance.
