With rank below 5k(home state quota) can we expect cse in coimbatore campus?

In AEEE computer science is an in demand stream which is the first preference of many aspirants and usually get filled up very quickly and cut offs are also very low
For general category in
2016 the closing rank was about 4500
2017 CSE cut off was 6940 for open quota and for state quota it was about 16500
In 2018 opening counselling was from 1-750 and closing ranking was 9500-10000 in which CSE got filled quite early almost around 5000 rank
The pattern was almost same in 2019 with cut off of about. 3000
So considers all these previous cut offs you can have an idea so to be safe you should secure a rank about 2500-3000

If you fall under the umbrella of state quota then you can obviously get a seat in coimbatore campus, and of course, as per previous year's cut offs, CSE dept's cutoff in coimbatore campus for state quota is 13801.
