Hi!
First of all congrats for you marks. But sorry chances are extremely less, literally no chance at all. Because for general category this mark is not enough for you to be provided with a government medical seat. For general category cut off must be above 600. But you can get BAMS, BDS, BHMS and even MBBS seat in private and deemed medical colleges. You have been pushed to such a situation because this year's competition is quite high. Many people who have secured a seat this year are taking NEET for the second or third time. And even the one who got 720/720 was taking NEET for the second time. If you are desperate about a government MBBS seat then take NEET next year also.
But having hope is never wrong.
ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.
Thank You
Government Medical Colleges participate only in Round 1and Round 2 of All India Counselling and not in Mop up round. In Mop Up round, Deemed Universities, IP Quota of ESIC Medical Colleges fill their seats. The seats that are left vacant in Government Medical Colleges after Round 2 are transferrred back to the respective States and they are filled through State Counselling. With this All India Rank, you might get a Management Quota seat in the Mop up round. An All India Rank of 40297 secured a seat in Symbiosis Medical College under Management Quota in General Category and an All India Rank of 40303 secured a seat in IGIMS, Patna under SC Category. So with your rank, you might get a Management Quota seat in Deemed University.
