I am sorry to inform you that there are little to no chances of you getting NITs or other mentioned iit and iiiII with this score. You might get lower NITs but not the tier1 or 2 ones. And even if you get then branch selcectio would not be in your hands.

Top NITs usually get filled up and a few seats are available of the CSAB rounds, how ever there are a good amount of NITs that have a lot of xeats open till the end of the csab round as a result, i suggest you to quickly fill the forms for the csab round and wait for the allotment, At your rank based on previous year trends, you should be able to get a IIIT easily with lesser known Nits available for streams like manufacturing, paint etc etc
As the number of vacant seats are more in the NITs and IIITs and GFTIs. So you have chances of getting a seat in some good NITs and IIITs and GFTIs. You can also get some good branches. So please apply for the CSAB spot round and try to get a decent seat for you in a decent college.
Also as you are a female so you have some higher chance as you are from female quota.
