Your rank is very good enough to get an admission. Yes you can get an admission as your categorical rank is good enough.

Here are some more options you can try:-

FB Sciences &Humanities, RAU PUSA
PHI, Patna
TCA, Dholi

you can easily get an admission. Apply for it.
