can i get govt. job on the basis of unapproved polytechnic diploma certificate

Of course, you are eligible to apply for government jobs if your college is not recognised or apporoved by AICTE. If any college is already approved by UGC, then the approval from AICTE is not necessary. AICTE is simply a part of UGC. So don't worry about that. You will be eligible to apply for all those government jobs where other students of AICTE approved colleges can apply.
