Your percentile score is too low for qualifying the JEE Mains-(Jan). So, if you want to get admission in any of your desired colleges under your choice course then you should appear for the second attempt of JEE Mains in April and improve your percentile.

can i get admission in nit with 79 percentile

To get admission in any of the NITs, the minimum required percentile is 98+%ile as per previous years criteria. Based on your percentile, you have no chances of getting admission in any of the NITs.
So I would suggest you to work more hard and put more efforts to score maximum by appearing in the second attempt of JEE Mains-April exam- in order to get admission in your desired college.

You're far behind the cutoff ..... approach towards atleast 83 or 84 ..if you are OBC
