It'd be very difficult to crack NEET without any guidance. You'll need someone to explain you the concepts, help you solve questions. You can't possibly do all that alone, at some point of time you'll require help too. It's not easy to study all the content without any guidance, so no I don't think it's possible to get a rank just by doing self study, unless you're way too intelligent of course.

The qualification score for NEET is just 119 but to get a medical seat, you'll have to score like 500+ which is not possible if you try to study everything by yourself.
