You can get admission in an institute under Category-B. 15% seats are reserved under category B and 85% seats are reserved for convener quota seats. If you haven't appeared for TS EAMCET or AP EAPCET or do not have valid rank then you can seek admission under management quota. You need to visit the institute in which you are interested to seek admission to know the admission process, eligibility criteria, seat availability and fee structure as these are different for each institute.
