Hello there,
Yes, without entrance you can also get admission in B.Sc Nursing. There are several colleges that do not take entrance for this particular course. The admission is on merit based. The score obtained in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects. A student must have scored 50% or above to get admission in colleges that doesn't take entrances. Here is the list of few colleges that doesn't demand any type of entrances;
