Without GUJCET can I apply for acpc registration for computer engineering in BTech?

Noo..You cant in first admission process..
But You can wait for some time...In gujarat There is every year scenario says that Number of seats Is more than Number of Applicants..So For fulfilling the seats ACPC will declare in last that people who didnt appear Gujacat Can also apply for Engineering..
But i dnt think so You cn get good college in that process Because Mostly this colleges are the one which seats are not Filled even Half..
