without jee mains iit collages for B.Tech

I am hoping that you are absolutely fine. As you are not mentioning your query clearly either you want to know the colleges that give admission not based on jee mains or you want to know the iit colleges that offers btech without giving the jee mains. So , i will clear you that there is no iit that give the admission without giving jee mains.

But yes , there are several Colleges and universities that gives you admission in btech without considering the jee mains score. There ar several private institutions that take their own entrance exam as well for the admission.

Institutions like AMU which is situated in aligarh have its own entrance exam for the admission in btech. Private institutions such as GL BJAJ , AKGEC , ABESEC , and so on take admission on merit based.

To get admission in iit ,you have to give jee mains and then after getting rank in 2.5 lakh , you have to give jee advanced to get seat in iit , there are only 5000 around seat in iit . And you are expecting admission in such reputed institute without any effort . So work hard to get iit ,its not so easy to acheive it .
