The advantages of NBA Accrediation are that you can get the following three facilities in most of the countries including India, Srilanka, USA, UK, Malaysia, Canada, Australia, (members of Washington Accord), at par with any citizen of that country :

1. Continue in Further Education like M Tech, MBA etc. in any accredited Universities of these member countries.

2. Do consultancy by becoming chartered Professional in that country.

3. Start your own business/ industry

So without NBA Accrediation you will miss out on these three facilities.

As you talked about NBA accreditation, it is a global accreditation. If you take a degree from a college which is NBA accredited, you ate permitted to work across globe. Your degree is valid every where that is in every country.

You have choosen two colleges, you can go for a college which is NBA accredited because it has a chance to increase accreditation.
