No without NEET UG score you cannot get admission to BDS course neither in private college nor in government college.

To be eligible for NEET UG you need to satisfy the given eligibility criteria :-

>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.

>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50% (40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).

>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.

>>>>> Your minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st of the examination year, as per the current eligibility criteria.

>>>>> Now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG.
