If you want AIIMS, you may apply for AIIMS UG Exam and if you want JIPMER, you may apply for JIPMER UG Exam.

Admission to MBBS course in government, private and deemed Universities is done on the basis of scores in the NEET UG examination.
Without qualifying NEET exam, candidates will not be eligible for admission.
Apart from NEET only two other medical exams are conducted for admission- AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER.
