Hello aspirant
,You can not be a doctor without appearing neet. Neet is mandatory for MBBS and BDS. For all other medical courses like physiotherapy also neet is compulsory. So for applying medical course in military you will have to clear your neet exam and also it is must to get get good score for qualifying.

I am extremely sorry to say but you can't be a doctor be it army or military doctor or any doctor without qualifying neet examination as neet is the only and the single gateway to all the medical colleges and qualifying neet examination is mandatory for medical courses like
So , it's a big no you can't be a doctor without qualifying neet examination.
