Would I be able to secure a seat in DIPSAR after a year because I completed my 12th in 2020 with 88% and I'm from general category also, as of now I'm pursuing BBA, MBIT, GGSIPU?

You want to take admission in BBA then sorry DIPSAR is not for you dear.
DIPSAR is Delhi institute of pharmaceutical sciences and research. It's mainly the pharmaceutical college. Here diploma, bachelor, masters and PhD stream available but only for pharmacy. This college very reputable college. If you want to take admission then you have to clear entrance examinations otherwise you can't get admission there. I'll provide you a link below
