There are less chances, for you to get a medical seat. Your category also plays a vital role. For OC Tamil Nadu cut off was around 601. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private colleges and deemed colleges. It is not something like you will not get at all but the chances are less. But having hope is never wrong.

You can try state counselling to find a government college in mbbs, but I would suggest you to even try Dental and ayurvedic, so that you get a relief.
Fees structure depends on the college , it is alloted by government to the cllgs and many times it gets different according to caste and income.
