Would it be wise to choose COEP CSE over VNIT CSE? I am planning for UPSC after graduation.

Hi.
Since you have already made post degree plans i.e. pursuing UPSC, comparing colleges just on the placement basis will not be feasible. If you wish to know which college has a better campus life, facilities and overall extra-curricular atmosphere then you should check out peer reviews given at COEP PUNE Page and VNIT NAGPUR Page.
