Would the cutoff of Gujarat increase by 20 marks then previous years although 1150 seat increased?

As the compitition increses every year the cut off also increases irrespective of the no. of seats increased , infact if the number of seats increases the cut off will definetly gonna increse.The cut off depends on number of factores like the difficulty level of paper, number of students applied for exam and number of seats .
