Hi aspirant,

India, a country which remained slave of various dynasty and British government for decades was free bye the sacrifices and commitments made by the freedom fighters. Though we admit the struggles of persons like Gandhi, Nehru, Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh we forget many unsung heroes. The biggest credit for the Indian freedom must go to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, he was the one who formed the first organisational force to fight the British Empire by the name of Azad Hind fauj. Getting freedom would not have been possible if the various provinces under India have not come together to fight against the oppression by Britishers, so Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel played a major role in forming the the modern India. Revolutionaries such as Sardar udham Singh , Ram Prasad Bismil , Khudiram Bose ,Lala Lajpat Rai Sukhdev, Rajguru made revolts against the forces which made them emotionally and vehicle by the growing period. A major role was played by local leaders such as Alluri Sitaram Raju, Abul Kalam Azad, Vinoba Bhave to influence the people of their regions to come together for the independence of India.

Hope it helps!!
