Dear aspirant,

Whenever in the application form, the gender option is asked then you have to write your own gender i.e. female, male. Nowadays the third category of gender is often given in the application form or sometimes they provide the option of "Not willing to disclose".

Whenever in the application form, a disability option is asked then you have to tick either the "Yes" or "No" option. If you are physically disabled then you can choose the "Yes" option otherwise you have to click on the "No" option.

I hope, your query is satisfied through the above answer.
