Dear Aspirant,

To prepare for the various entrance exams, you first need to get familiar with the syllabus and exam pattern.

For example, if you are preparing for DUJAT, the exam is for a total of 400 marks and consists of 4 sessions namely,

  • Quantitative Ability
  • Reasoning and Analytical Ability
  • General English
  • Business and General Awareness

For each of these sessions there are different books to prepare. These are some of the books you can use:

Quantitative Ability: Quantitative Aptitude for competitive exams, Abhijit Guha-McGraw-Hill Education

Reasoning and Analytical Ability: A new approach to reasoning Verbal, Non-Verbal, Analytical, Arihant Publications; Verbal and Non-Verbal Aptitude, RS Agarwal.

General English: General English, Arihant Publications; High School English Grammar.

Business and General Awareness: Manorama Yearbook and Newspapers.

There are other books you can use for preparing for various exams. Make sure you know the syllabus well and prepare accordingly.

Hope it helps.

All the best!
