If the candidate has studied in an institution located outside Telangana either of whose parents or the candidate itself has resided in Telangana for a period of not less than 10 years, or the parent is an employee of the State/Central or Quasi-Government Organization in the State of Andhra Pradesh, a certificate in the following proforma shall be submitted in support of nonlocal status
