Hello,

Simran Negi

  • Great Lakes cut-off will be based on the aggregate percentile score.  The expected cut-off is as follows –

(1) For One year Post Graduation in Programme in Management (PGPM),

The CAT score as per 2017/2018 should be 80

The XAT score as per 2018/2019 should be 80

The GMAT score as per 2016 should be 600

The CMAT score as per 2018 should be 85

The program is suitable for professionals with two years of work experience.

All the candidates who wish to apply to PGPM should have appeared in CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT with the minimum score as mentioned above (an expected score due to the previous results) before taking admission in the Institution.

A bachelor’s degree in any course from any recognized university with a minimum work experience of two years is compulsory.

(2) For two years Post Graduation Diploma in Management (PGDM)

The CAT score as per 2017/2018 should be 80

The XAT score as per 2018/2019 should be 80

The GMAT score as per 2016 should be 600

The CMAT score as per 2018 should be 85

The program is suitable for freshly graduates or applicants who have a work experience of less than two years.

All the candidates who wish to apply to PGDM should have a bachelor’s degree in any program with a minimum one year work experience after graduation.

All candidates should have appeared for CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT with the minimum score as mentioned above.

  • There is no such difference between the branches of Great Lakes. The eligibility with the cut-off is same in Gurgaon and Chennai.

  • The first round of selection involves the score of CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT. Candidates will be shortlisted according to their rank after which an interview will be conducted. An Analytical Writing Test (AWT) on writing and communication skills will also take place. The admission will also be done on the basis of previous academic scores and work experience.

  • The dates for the above mentioned competitive exams are as follows –

(1) The CAT entrance exams will be held in the fourth week of November and the results will come around second week of January. The online application form will be available from second week of 2019. The criteria for giving the exam is having a minimum of 50%  in graduation.

(2) The XAT was conducted on January 6, 2019

(3) The GMAT online application can be filled throughout the year. Eligible candidates should have a done their graduation in any discipline from any recognized university. The score range is 200 – 800 which means a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 800 is necessary to clear the test.

(4) The CMAT was scheduled for January 28, 2019.

I hope I answered your query. In case of any doubts, feel free to comment.

Good Luck!
