Hello Aspirant.
Hope you are doing well.
The difference between Marketing and Human Resource are as follows;
Marketing ; Marketing is the study and management of exchange relationships. It is the business process of identifying, anticipating and satisfying customers' needs and wants. Because marketing is used to attract customers, it is one of the primary components of business management and commerce. Marketing refers to activities a company undertakes to promote the buying or selling of a product or service . Marketing includes advertising, selling, and delivering products to consumers or other businesses.
Human Resource; Human resources is used to describe both the people who work for a company or organization and the department responsible for managing all matters related to employees, who collectively represent one of the most valuable resources in any businesses or organization. The term human resources was first coined in the 1960s when the value of labor relations began to garner attention and when notions such as motivation, organizational behavior, and selection assessments began to take shape in all types of work settings.
GOOD LUCK, STAY MOTIVATED AND HOPE THIS HELPS.
Thankyou.

The differences between marketing and HR are as follows :
HR focusses on the internal audience or employees. On the other hand, marketing focusses on external stakeholders like clients, media, and competitors.
Human resources aim to keep employees satisfied, productive, and in line with company values and brand. On the other hand, a marketing department aims to promote the company brand in order to increase business.
