If your rank is 10000 then your marks will be around 170 and you percentile will be around 98.8-99 But, based on the marks the ranks varies each year because it depends on various factors such as no of candidates, highest marks obtained, paper difficulty etc. Also, in JEE Main 2021 some changes have been made and it can have an effect on the rankings as per the marks.
