Hello Sanjana,
Yes the admissions are still going on in St. Xavier's College Mumbai, however the process of applying for admission has finished a while back.
As of now, the merit lists for various courses are being released and the process of confirmation of seats is going on. You can no longer apply for admission into any course now as the application forms have been taken down.
