It's very unfortunate that you've missed the deadline. Now, I'll suggest to call the admission office of the University of the college for the same and ask if there will be a late registration application process for the same. There are many universities where the late application is considered with late fees. I assume you're talking about IPUCET examination, then I'm sure there will be a late registration after standard application process with a certain amount of late fee.
