And as you mention if prediction is prediction and nothing close to the reality then your prediction sucks. As you dont care for peoples money and you just did not give any satisfaction, any person by the street could really do better prediction. If you say I have some algorithm which does not give a close to the result then your prediction sucks and you dont really have any algorithm at all, and you are cheating people by collecting a large sums of money.

Beyond that, how is it not cheating if your website is not allowing to check the predictor with multiple times and whenever we wish to do the prediction. as the amount paid is not just for one time I guess. There is no way I could attach the screenshots here otherwise I am being asked for the payment each time I go to prediction though I have already paid the amount of 799.

Dont you dare say you there is genuine issue, if the issue exists you are supposed to clear it and allow the person to get the application working, even though you have not called the customer to rectify the issue. Also, you have not picked the call which you have provided as your contact number, for so many times.

And how would the user report on the issue and get the issue cleared and get the best use of their money with your predictor ???

Should I go to consumer court for this that you have not given me any support for what you have charged already and not given any satisfaction at all!!!

It would be better you do call us and clear the issue, otherwise I may have to.
