As per 2017 trends for OBC category and AIQ at Nilratan Medical college in NEET UG student would have required a minimum of 581 marks.

Had he been in sttae quota he would require 514marks only.

Hey.

The cut off for admission in Nilratan Sircar Medical College, Kolkata in the previous year was  a rank of  5,168 and  581 marks under the All India quota. Considering this you would require marks and rank around this range for a fair chance of admission here.
