The cutoff for VMMC through IPU quota was at 13293 rank (618 marks) and through AIQ was 430 rank (685 marks) for OBC category.

The cutoff for AIIMS Jodhpur was 1574 rank

so based on the above data you may not get a seat in VMMC or AIIMS Jodhpur

Frankly speaking,answer to such questions is quite difficult as there is no clear cut off.Each year it changes according to the many criteria such as difficulty of paper, no of students appeared and performed in the exam,reservation etc..But we can analysis based on last year(2020) neet paper;

the closing rank for aiims jodhpur-

For General AIR 852 (marks - 676)

For Obc AIR 1574 (marks -666)

For Ews AIR 1763 (marks- 665)

For SC AIR 13807(marks -614)

For ST AIR 19774 (marks - 600)

For General pwd AIR 86180 (marks -501)

But there is agreat chance to decrease the cutt off as 2021 paper is comparatively difficult than 2020 and no. Of gov. Medical seats increased in all india quota and special reservation placed on particular category.
