Initially bhu was better one as it was giving preference for internal students. But now there is no such type of internal preference so now AIIMS will the better choice plus the brand tag of aiims also works . Facilities like mess, hostel etc. have been quite old at bhu .

According to previous years cut off ranks analysis which is subjective so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity as it depends upon a lot of factors such as no of applicants to aiims , level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc , last year cut off rank for aiims jodhpur for st category 17468 so acc to previous years cut off analysis you have decent  chances of getting aiims jodhpur also you have good chances of getting rishikesh,raipur,nagpur,guntur .

The cut off for MBBS in AIIMS Jodhpur for general category is the qualifying have to be utmost 50% and the expected cut off is approximately 98.75-99. The counselling process will commence from the first week of JULY 2019. Last year almost 2469 students qualified  for centralised counselling. All the best.

Both are almost similar as far as academics are concerned. You choose whatever suits to your personal choices.

Currently, AIIMS Rishikesh is ahead of AIIMS Jodhpur in terms of PG seats, and they have already given internal preference to their undergraduate students on their PG seats, while AIIMS Jodhpur and other AIIMS are still due, to come up with a similar policy.

Infrastructure

Both having almost same infrastructure, having well equipped Standard Labs, LTs etc.

Location and Campus

AIIMS Rishikesh located in the lap of Nature, in front of Ganga, having most Beautiful campus with scenic Beauty. On other side AIIMS Jodhpur is lacking in natural beauty and experiences scorching heat in summer. Sometimes it feels like heaven in Rishikesh and you will spend 5.5 yrs here.

Aiims are deemed university, of central importance . they are funded by central government . So the facilities you get there will be of international level as they have to maintain good reputation not only in India but also in the world. Though AIIMS Jodhpur is new(started only in 2012), all the machines, laboratories are new and imported from foreign) . If you join such institute you will get lot of good facilities along with good infrastructure. Moreover you will find a very nice and disciplined culture there, with fully air conditioned hospital. Nevertheless SMS Jaipur is one of the best college and Hospital in Rajasthan , but the AIIMS brand will not only add a tag but will give you more opportunities(foreign) and good exposure to world class equipments.

   As per the previous year data for a OBC candidate, your rank shound be under 950 (OBC category closing rank in 2018: 958 (corresponding percentile: 99.7495721) and in 2017 it was: 979(corresponding percentile: 99.6643923)).
