Hi,
Firstly, I am listing few things to be kept in mind while choosing a medical college-
Location- you are going to spend your 5 most precious years in that area, so choose the one which suits you and your family.
Academics- well, academis in most colleges is almost same and you have to study on your own but the colleges you have listed above have the best faculties.
Infrastructure and technological advancements- choose a clg that can provide you with good technological advancements in medical sector
Hospital- choose a clg whose hospital caters to a large number of patients. This will give you a good clinical exposure in internship and will play a major role in becoming a clinician.
Internal pg quota- MBBS is not very easy but making it to a good pg seat is all that matters!
Future opportunities- getting into a college with good alumni network will increased your chances of getting more opportunities.
Cultural barriers- prefer not to get admission into a clg with language barriers as it is an important thing in your internship years.

Secondly, I am writing few facts about each clg mentioned above other than the regular info about acads, teachers etc
VMMC - you will get delhi quota for pg. Safdarjung hospital has the largest opd so you will get excellent clinical exposure, helpful seniors, good alumni connections, good pg:ug seat ratio(sort of internal pg quota), campus is not very big but college life is amazing. No service bond after MBBS. It is the college with fastest growing rate. I have never regretted my decision of choosing VMMC.
KGMU - caters large number of patients so good clinical exposure. It has a golden era of its own with great alumni. 2 Years of rural service bond.
AIIMS Bhopal>AIIMS Rishikesh>BHU - while you will get aiims tag in the first two, three of them are central universities with internal pg quota. I have ranked them according to my priority. U will also get good amount of research opportunities.
AFMC - Excellent clg but with a very disciplined life. Choose only if u want it, but it will be a good experience on its own. You will get chance to serve in the army but make sure you go through the bond for MBBS students there. Heavy amount is forfeited if the bond is not completed.

PMCH Patna is a great college established in 1925 and is a most developed college and if we see AIIMs Patna as it is one of AIIMs colleges than it is definitely in top College. But both colleges are best comparing both of them is tough .

But in today's date choosing AIIMS will be kind of slightly better caused it is more modernised as compared to PCMH with latest technologies. And more government facility but there is no reserved quota in AIIMs. But you can't underrate PCMH .

In 2018, a percentile of 93.65 secured a seat in AIIMS Patna. That has been the cut off. Now from 2020, AIIMS will conduct its admission based on NEET score through All India Counselling. But AIIMS conducted its exam for 200 marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and GK. But NEET is conducted for 720 marks only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So to convert percentiles to marks, it is a tad difficult. But given the fact that there are only 1500 seats for AIIMS and almost 15.97 lakh Candidates registered for NEET, even of 7 lakh Candidates qualify, the cut offs are going to be exhorbitant. So if you belong to ST Category, you will need atleast 625 and above.  If you have appeared for NEET 2020. Hi Aman!! Hope you are doing well!! No they do not have balconies. On opinion that you can choose is form a group of 4 or 5 and buy a room on rent and stay there as Paying Guest. AIIMS PATNA has got great educational faculty and facilities, you can choose it on that basis. And you have to sacrifice or making a good career that's what is important.

So best wishes. Thankyou.

I hope my answer helps.

All the best.

Hello,

For AIIMS MBBS the cutoff for 2019 for SC/ST category was 90.2036 percentile and according to previous years trends the cutoff for AIIMS Patna for SC category was between 94.27 to 96.27 percentile. This is just for an idea No one can predict the Exact cutoff for 2020 NEET right now. For further details you can check the link.

All the Best.

The eligibility cutoff in NEET for general category students to get eligible to apply for medical courses is 50th percentile. If you were to know about the marks, then i will give you a mere idea of the previous year cutoff. Last year in 2019, it was 134 marks eligibility cutoff for general category. To get into government MBBS colleges, you will need a minimum of 500 marks in NEET. Having said this, alsop remember that the cutoffs change year to year as they depend on variious criterias like number of students appearing, paper level, also this year JIPMER and AIIMS are merged into NEET. So the competition might increase this year. So the option with yiou now is not to think of the cutoffs and prepare your b est as much as possible with marks.

Best Wishes, Thank you

Hello Munnawar,
Both are the best colleges of India. But if you have to choose one, then you can go for Grant Medical College (rank - 13). It has better administration and infrastructure as compare to AIIMS Patna (rank-62)
Last decision is yours.
Good luck
