Have a question related to BHU Varanasi ?

How many marks are required to get bnys self finance course in IMS BHU for sc category?

Hello,

The Institute of Medical Sciences at Banaras Hindu University (IMS BHU) does not offer a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) program. However, they do offer a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) course.

For the BAMS program at IMS BHU , previous cut-offs indicate that SC category candidates typically needed to score between 580 to 600 marks in the NEET examination to secure admission.

Hope it helps !

Regarding Delhi University I want to know if subjects in CUET UG will be taken on best 4 basis as it was in 2022 or subjects specified in University Participating list released yesterday will be taken to calculate score Also if possible can I know the same for BHU , BBAU

Hello,

For Delhi University (DU) admissions in 2025 , the calculation of the CUET UG score is based on specific subject combinations outlined by the university, rather than the 'Best of Four' method used previously. Key points include:

  • Subject Requirements : Candidates must appear in CUET subjects that align with those studied in Class XII. For example, for B.A. (Hons.) Economics, the required subjects are one language from List A, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, and any two subjects, with at least one from List B1.

  • Merit Calculation : The CUET scores from the specified subject combinations are used to calculate the merit score for each program.

Regarding Banaras Hindu University (BHU), admissions are also based on specific CUET subject combinations relevant to each program. For instance:

  • B.Voc. in Medical Lab Technology : Requires a language test in English or Hindi and a subject test in Biology/Biotechnology.

  • B.Voc. in Retail & Logistics Management : Requires a language test in English or Hindi and a general test.

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow offers admissions to courses across the UG, PG and doctoral levels. BBAU admissions require the students to fill out the online application form from the official website of the university. For BBAU admissions to UG programmes, students have to appear for  and secure valid marks in CUET UG which will be followed by a round of counselling.

Hope you find it useful !
