The design school, being with the Times, has the core and cutting-edge programs in design, with a carefully curated curriculum. The B.Des. programs provide a wholistic four year journey for our students with 160 credits, including a strong foundation, a focus on essential design and specialist skills, project based learning, industry inputs through internships and a final graduation project.

B.Des Fashion Design

The fashion design program at Bennett School of Design provides a comprehensive curriculum that blends creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of emerging technologies. Students engage in designing clothing, accessories, and textiles with a focus on both traditional craftsmanship and modern technology. They learn design principles, sustainable practices, and global design trends, while gaining skills in textile design, garment construction, pattern making, and digital fashion tools. Students gain insights into the latest developments in fashion including smart textiles and wearables, while mastering digital tools such as 3D garment simulation, digital pattern making, and virtual fashion show platforms. The program fosters innovation and encourages students to create collections that reflect personal expression, societal values, and an awareness of ethical fashion. Emphasizing an entrepreneurial approach, this program prepares students for diverse roles in the fashion industry, from independent fashion designers to stylists, accessory designer, fashion illustrators, brand strategists, trend forecasters.

B.Des Communication Design

The communication design program at Bennett University School of Design centres on crafting impactful visual and digital communication across various media platforms. The program is rooted in fostering intellectual growth, conceptual thinking, and the art of storytelling. Students explore the power of visual and digital communication to connect with diverse audiences, while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create meaningful, impactful designs. Students learn to convey messages effectively through typography, illustration, photography, motion graphics, and interactive design. The curriculum covers design fundamentals, user experience (UX), branding, storytelling, film making and digital media, equipping students to engage audiences creatively and meaningfully. B.Des. Game Design

The game design program at Bennett University School of Design combines creativity, storytelling, and technical skills to develop engaging, immersive experiences for players across multiple platforms and formats. Students learn the art and science of game mechanics, level design, character development, and interactive storytelling, along with fundamental skills in programming, 3D modeling, and animation. The curriculum emphasizes both entertainment and serious game design, encouraging students to create games with purpose, including educational, health, and socially impactful themes. With a focus on emerging technologies such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI), the program prepares students to innovate and adapt within a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry. Through hands-on projects and collaboration, students gain the skills needed to build meaningful and memorable gaming experiences. There are multiple roles this program prepares students for, including game designer, game programming, concept artist, serious game designer, 3D Artist, esports game designer, board game designer.
