The CSE cut off in computer science in HBTU was 22184 for the other state quota and for the Uttar Pradesh domicile quota, it was also the same. So you should get around 98 percentile in order to get the cse branch in this college.
However the cut off may vary due to certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the examination and the number of seats available in the college.

With this statistics you can easily qualify Jee Main and can particiate in JEE Advanced but there is no chance of you to get any seat in any NIT under the other state quota.
