Vardhaman College of Engineering, Shamshabad, Hyderabad is a better option.

Vardhaman college is known for its placements. I think it is the top college in EAMCET wise placements. In CSE branch, maximum 70% of students get placed, and other branches also get a good chance. The highest package offered may be a sum of 18 lacs per annum.

You cannot find an infrastructure as good as in Vardhaman. No college can compete with Vardhaman in infrastructure. There are plenty of classrooms and labs, an indoor stadium and auditorium, outdoor auditorium, one big cricket stadium, football ground, basketball court, etc. Hostel rooms are good.

The faculty and all the courses are perfect. They use projectors and different methods to teach the students. They get industry exposure when it is required.

Out of central university of haryana and central university of rajasthan , central university of rajasthan (CURAJ) is better is terms of reputation for pursuing Ph .d microbiology. CURAJ is well known for its good academic structure and faculty.

Among all the colleges you talked about, Central University of Punjab is better. It has better infrastructure, placement and faculty members.

As the Central University of Rajasthan has officially released the CUCET 2019 result and you have secured 53 marks and didn't mention any category so I will be talking about trends for general candidates. As you are interested in pursuing phd in biochemistry and your marks are also 53 as mentioned, you have really good chances of securing a seat in this course at Central University. You can apply for seat counselling procedure through the official website of cucet.

If anyone is interested then Sociology is a very good stream to study and as you have completed your bachelor degree and want to pursue MA then it is really a good choice as you have dual advantage. First of all, you are getting a good stream and second, that too in a good ranked Central University of Haryana. So until you are not interested in this course, you can go for it for sure..

According to previous year cut off list of CURAJ and CUH , you have fare chance of admission in main campus . If you are not selected in first list , then you must wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling sedule . Chances of admission is high .
